Work from home throughout the US or in our Carmel, IN office.

This position is 100% commission with no earning cap.
* According to ZipRecruiter the average annual pay for a Business Broker in the United States is $134,085 a year. Your earnings are up to you and the work you do.

XGO has an aggressive commission structure that is competitive in the industry.

We will provide all the training and on-going coaching that you need to be successful in the short-term and long-term. No license is required in the State of Indiana.

Your territory will be select cities across the country that don’t require licensing. All industries are available to you.

You may target businesses of sizes including start-ups to well-tenured organizations.

You will build relationships with small business owners and help them prepare their business to be confidentially listed. Once the business is listed you will be the relationship manager for the buyer screening, offer, due diligence, and closing processes.

We have a team-based service approach to the business and will work together on many transactions.

While you will operate as an entrepreneur, the office will provide a multitude of support functions to help drive your sales success, including, but not limited to, marketing and lead generating activities, administrative support, initial training, continued career development, and team-based selling and client support.
