Jeff is the former Director of Operations and Corporate Training for the International Tactical Officers Training Association (ITOTA) and operated for years in special operations law enforcement.  He has taught in corporate and academic settings around the United States.  Jeff has trained special operations personnel from the United States and Europe.  He has operated as an Executive Protection Specialist for entertainment VIPS as well as high value government officials such as the US Speaker of the House.   Jeff has provided security consulting for large corporate entities in the areas of asset and personal safety and security including active shooter preparedness. Due to the rise in assaults in the healthcare setting, Jeff, developed personal defense programs for healthcare workers. He has spoken at various institutions including briefing at the US Institute for Peace in Washington District of Columbia.
