Ira is based in Westchester County, NY and Stamford, CT. Ira has been responsible for shepherding numerous mergers and acquisitions in the context of being a corporate lawyer in the U.S. and internationally. He has been a practicing immigration and corporate lawyer for more than 25 years, having represented buyers and sellers from a legal perspective from brick and mortar companies to every variety of hi-tech company. Prior to that he was in-house counsel at an aviation maintenance and trading company and dental/medical device manufacturer. He has been responsible for numerous high-value transactions. Ira focuses on assisting international clients buy and sell businesses in the United States and in particular E-2 Investors seeking visas through the purchase or investment in a U.S. business. Ira has a Bachelor’s Degree from Queens College – CUNY and a Juris Doctor from Cardozo Law School and did post-graduate work at Boston University School of Law, LLM Program.
